People make mistakes. Companies/systems have some errors occur. But what makes up, is the customer service that can act and rectify these mishaps. I have been waiting for literally 2 months for a refund of over charges by Indian Eagle. Every time I call them there is creative story as to why they have not processed the refund. Indian Eagle and the their Customer Service manager Ramakrishna are the living examples of what customer service should **not** be. Please stay away from this company and fraudulent services.
