Forget about returning your item if you don't like it.

I received my phone via ALIEXPRESS, after one day I contacted the Seller who was UMIDIGI official, because The phone A11 pro max was too heavy and it made a weird sound when talking via WhatsApp
UMIDIGI Told me to keep it ( just use it, literally).
Aliexpress said that I don't have a proof to clarify why I want to return it, according to them there must be something tangible you could take picture of

They refuse to open a refund and to talk on the first place; they are obliging customers to consume their product.
