I ordered a baby Asian Water Monitor lizard on 12/05/2020 as a X-mas gift for my teenage nephew which I did specify in my original order. The monitor arrived looking okay on 12/08/2020. I left it alone and just offered it every type of possible food you can offer a monitor lizard but did not want to eat. I reached out to Underground Reptiles 3 days after the monitor arrived to let them know he was not eating. I spoke to someone at there company who stated I should open a support ticket, which I did. I recieved emails requesting pics, which I submitted them. Emailing back and forth with Underground Reptiles customer service but no real resoluton was ever offered or future resolution other than to feed the lizard insects, rodents, etc, which I been doing from day one. On there website it stated the monitor was eating crickets and silversides but not for me. The monitor since, declined in health and died on 01/03/2021, 26 days (Not Even A Month) after arrival from not eating. This was my first bad experience, first time ordering and will be my only. Will not order from here ever again nor will I recommend either. Big dissapointment! Thank you for ruining a young teenagers X-mas!
