CS tried to help with delivery of product without a signature, took daily calls and follow up. I found out that this company is based international and stores their product in USA, due to being international a (SIGNATURE is required on delivery) Which is nearly impossible for a working person to be home to except delivery. (beware of this issue when ordering) product does seem to be of good quality. 1st time purchaser.

Easy ordering, I question the discounts offered. Hope I didn't open a can of worms
Hi Rebecca, we appreciate your feedback on the quality of the product. We appreciate your concern; however, our shipping couriers have been instructed to leave parcels at any secure area if any identified at the delivery address. After reviewing your case, we can see that many attempts were made for delivery, and the box was then left on the porch. We use this practice to avoid thefts and certain other problems.
We are a multinational company established in Georgia. The covers are designed in the US and can be manufactured in or out of the US. This is stated in our Terms of Service and is quickly shared upon request.
