I ordered placed an order of over 100 and had to pay for shipping 5 days ago. I only got one message from DKNY so I called them back and they could not find my order number using any of the information I provided. Then the girl on the phone asked me if I was sure I placed the order from DKNY... now that got me worried because I knew I placed it from there and DKNY not being able to find my order was unnerving. A company that charges that much for their clothes should have a better website and be able to track orders placed. If I had not called they would've held my money & not even sent my order out. For their "website malfunction" they provided me with a generous 10% discount... Oh yeah and they are still holding my money.
