I ordered a custom necklace for my daughter. It takes 4-6 weeks. Ok, that was in November. Today is 1/29/2024. I've contacted them and I get "hey Angel…". No thank you. How is there no way to track items that haven't been shipped? Makes zero sense. And why can't someone take initiative and have a rush order? While they attempted to "make it right", even the remake never got to me. They give me "check back on this date" and we'll see what we can do. It's ridiculous to me!
