I got a bad refurbished scooter, broke after 5 days, had to send it back, was without my kids Christmas gift for a month. After having it for a few months, my kids maybe rode it 30 times, and it breaks again. Tech is saying it needs a new battery, I'm so confused on how this scooter lasted us 5 months, breaks twice, and now they want me to pay $160 in repairs when it originally cost me $180. What a joke of a company, they should put in the description not meant to last more than 6 months. Ruined my kids only Christmas present.
