The software (Office 2010) was sent to my inbox promptly. However, the installation instructions were not accurate as I had to accept something called Megasync cloud storage in order to download, which was not mentioned. Then had trouble activating software, so e-mailed for support. Response was prompt, said I had to use telephone activation since it was an "older" product. Again, they knew what software I was ordering so why weren't the installation instructions customized to include this piece of information?
