Ordered a s23ultra with Samsung customer service told me I could pick up phone at Best Buy in two hours. The Best Buy is 60 miles from my house so after a hour I drove there. Got there in 1 hour 5 minute phone order said progressing we next door did shoppers can by to Best Buy. The order said progressing so I called summing the told me it wasn't going to be today to go home and wait for emai. I told the person from Samsung I was told order would be ready in two hours and I drove 60 miles and two dollars in tolls. He said got home and wait for email so I canceled the order. I will never buy a Samsung product again

Sent my phone in on 9 November to be repaired got it back in a couple weeks. The repair was done but they screwed up my phone by overheating. Called Upsie they said send it back I did 2 weeks later got phone they did nothing called again they said send it back I did 2 weeks later got phone still not fixed called again they said sent it back on 20 January now they are saying it not the same phone finally got it back on 9 March still not fix. This company totally sucks I guess I have to take them to courts.

Switch to sprint to try them out biggest mistake ever. They screwed my bill up and put me on wrong plan. For 5 days called customer care 1 to 2 hours on phone each time. They promise me the problem was taken care of each time told me it take 24 hours to show the correct. The problem after 6 days still not reslove. I lefy sprint and will never go back
