The delivery and tracking was fine. One of the sample bottles leaked a little, which is why I didnt give 5 stars. That probably isnt fair to Cask Cartel since they didnt fillnthe bottles, or send them out as sealed. The leakage on such a small item wasnt worth filling a complaint. It was just a sticky annoyance since the other bottles got wet. I would still order again even if the shipping prices were a little salty.
My original review was very negative due to the shipping issues I experienced and the lack of accurate shipping info. Since then, the part arrived, fit the vehicle perfectly, and works great. The price point was good and customer service worked with me to refund the shipping charges, which I felt was fair. I now will consider coming back in the future since they were responsive to the situation and didnt leave me hanging. Thank you customer service dept!
