This is the third time in 18 months FedEx has sent my packages from Phoenix, Az. Warehouse to Yuma, Az. Warehouse and blames the mistake on me or the shipper.
Shipping label created the 31st. Of Oct. 2022 packages not pick-up from shipper until the 3rd. Of Nov. 2022.
I asked the shipped if they had contacted FedEx that the two packages were ready for shipment, they assured me they had on the 31st. The same time the labels were printed,
The labels were printed with my correct address and zip code. ( I had the shipped send me a photocopy of labels)

The packages arrived at the Phoenix. Az. Warehouse the morning of the 4th of Nov.
That afternoon the packages were sent to Yuma, Az. Warehouse.
Why, I asked when I called, they tried to tell me that was a Yuma Arizona Zip Code on both packages.
It was not, zip code ******* is not a Yuma Zip Code!
I called Yuma Warehouse.
They can do nothing until late Monday the 7th. Of Nov. And will reship on the 8th. Of Nov to Phoenix, Az. Warehouse.

I called the main headquarters for FedEx in TN. They filed a complaint and promised to get back with me, that was at 9:00AM this morning the 7th. Of November and I have heard nothing.

Someone explain to me why, the FedEx warehouse manager who I spoke to could not immediately have those packages sent to me here in Phoenix, Az. After I explain these Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries were order for a Medical usage for my mothers life-support bed and chair.
He did not care, I was told he could do nothing, the Executive's at the TN. Headquarters didn't care enough to contact me either.

I will never do business with any seller who using FedEx, yes I will ask the seller firsy who they ship with.

Here I am sitting at home it is May of 2020.
My last contact with Renters Warehouse was in July of 2019 when we stopped using them to rent out our home in Surprise, AZ.
Why? They cost us over $8000 from two Evictions of tenants that were never made to repay.
But the reason I am writing this today is because as I mentioned above the last contact with them was in July of 2019 and at that time after the walk through, they said we owed no monies and our account with them was clean.
Yesterday they send me a email that in June of 2019 I authorized A/C repair for that residence, True I did and so I figured that invoice was paid with the last months rent as they always took maintenance owed invoice out of the rent paid to my account.

I am shown an invoice dated 02/2020 for $237.00 for work done in 06/2019, WTF?
I call Renters Warehouse and they Blame the vendor and say I owe the money and if I don't pay, the Vendor Will Put A Lien on the Property. Again, WTF?

I know this vendor as I use them for my own home A/C maintenance.
I called the vendor and they sent me the actual invoice they sent Renters Warehouse at the end of June 2019.
Now Renters warehouse had been blaming the vendor for two days as I argued with them, they kept saying the vendors accounting office had a problem.

But A/C Doctors was not the problem and they waive that fee because they also knew Renters Warehouse was Lying and I offered to pay them on the phone.

This is NOT the First Time Renters Warehouse has tried to Lie and Cheat money out of me.
