Chatted with multiple individuals regarding unlisted dimensions on a listed item. "Tech Ticket" was created and "escalated." Two weeks after escalation there has been no follow up. I reached out to support again and was told they were waiting to hear back. I don't understand this way of doing business. Somewhere in their system there is a manufacturing drawing for the item. Somewhere there is a warehouse where the items are stored. An email or a phone call to someone inside the organization that has access to the information or the warehouse (and a tape measure) would give the information required. This isn't rocket science.
If you have another option I suggest you go that route.
