“Did not perform as promised and no customer support at all.”

I paid for and downloaded this program multiple times.
I turned off the security, google play notifications and a few other features on the target phone but the phone would connect for only a few minutes and then disconnect. It would only reconnect after I had the target phone again and turned on and off the permissions feature in the phone.
In the enclosed pictures of my computer screen, you can see the overview screen, phone calls and messages where everything is unreadable. You can also see in the upper right hand corner of the screen where it shows I am connected to the server but the phone is not connected. The phone was only connected for a few minutes while I had it in my possession and never when my daughter was at school.
Then when I requested help from customer service over 8 times in a week, I got zero responses.
Then when I requested a refund I also got zero responses.
Not happy at all with this company, their product or their non existent customer service.
I will use a different company.

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase this product as it will not perform at all and you will waste your time and money.

Products used:
Phone spy app that was supposed to track phone location, view screen, listen to phone, see text and social media but the phone would not stay connected, when it did connect for a few minutes the info gathered was encrypted and not readable. Multiple attempts to customer support, customer service, tech support and help was useless as I never got any response.
I went through the refund procedures and never got a response.
Just wasted time and money.
Very frustrating
