Avoid this company like the plague. This company operates the website bransonshows.com. I mistakenly purchased tickets from their website for the Branson Belle. Believing I was purchasing directly from Belle's website, I accidentally clicked on bransonshows.com. I purchased four tickets (2 adults and 2 kids) for a total of $255. After my purchase, instead of receiving the tickets digitally, I received an address on where I could pick up my tickets: 3608 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO *******. When I went to pick up my tickets, a guy immediately tried to sell me a timeshare for Wyndham. He offered me a $100 American Express card, a $100 dining voucher, and a free night stay in their resort. I declined and took the tickets I had purchased. When I got to the Belle, I realized that I had paid $135 more than the actual cost of the tickets. I called the company's customer service and was informed that they charged a "service fee" for the tickets. At this cost, the "service fee" came out to $33.75 per ticket. Being practical, I asked only that they refund me the service fees on each ticket, so that I would only pay the actual price for the tickets. A few hours earlier, they were offering things of value if I listened to their timeshare presentation. Now, the $135 difference seemed hard for them to offer. They refused to refund me anything and said that I had reviewed their terms when I purchased the tickets. That is a bold-faced lie. I have copies of the emails I received from them, as well as the charges they put on my card. I'm definitely not done going after this company. I just hope I can warn enough people to make up for the losses I experienced.
