Uploaded my artwork and provided a description of what I needed. They sent me a mock up to approve the design which was just as I requested. The banners arrived before the due/promised date and are perfect. Just what I needed! Very easy transaction!

I needed new banners for my Annual Car Event, and these fit the bill.
Would be better if there was a design tool to use rather then trying to explain

I am not totally happy with it. 1) I do not feel comfortable that I am actually chatting with the person in the pictures. 2) If I do establish a strong connection with someone, there is no was to set up a meeting if I were to travel to or they were to travel here. 3) there is no way to contact outside of the site. 4) I dislike the constant interference when I am chatting with someone with all of the 'you might like' or ' someone is live now. I really dislike the navigation when I am either browsing or checking out a person's information, the back button takes you out of the site and you need to log back on.

Firstly, in order to register, every trusted user takes a short video of herself holding her ID, stating the current date, and confirming her consent for the registration out loud. Secondly, we verify if the information provided in the registration video corresponds to her profile info. Our moderators check if it is the same person — both at the video and at the profile picture. Thus, we can assure the person you are talking to is the person you see in the profile.
Our affiliate partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the user you look at in the profile pictures is the user you are corresponding with (such profiles have the label "Trusted User").
Indeed, we do not offer an option to exchange contact details or meet in person. However, you can still do that in a chat with any user.
You are free to do it anytime you want via chat/mail on the website. Please kindly note that it is up to every user to decide when they are ready to move forward and share personal contact information. As the website, we provide a safe and secure place for communication.
