I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Bestcanvas.ca when I ordered a metal mounted design from their website. The end result was nothing short of a disaster, as the artwork was cut off at the bottom. The incompetence displayed by the company in handling this issue was truly disheartening.

When I reached out to Bestcanvas.ca to address the problem, their response was both infuriating and frustrating. They simply shrugged off their responsibility, claiming that their process was automated and offered no further assistance or resolution. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify their mistake left me feeling utterly cheated and unheard as a customer.

The fact that Bestcanvas.ca hides behind their so-called automated process as an excuse is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and craftsmanship, which was clearly lacking in my order. It is evident that the company prioritizes efficiency over customer satisfaction, leaving individuals like myself with flawed products and no recourse for a solution.

The cut-off artwork significantly affected the visual appeal and integrity of the metal mounted design I had anticipated. It was meant to be a centerpiece, but instead, it ended up being a constant reminder of Bestcanvas.ca's incompetence and lack of care for their customers. I invested both my time and money into this purchase, only to be left with a subpar product that I cannot display with pride.

I strongly advise against trusting Bestcanvas.ca with any of your custom printing needs. Their claims of automation and refusal to address issues demonstrate a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and an absence of quality control. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and seek out a more reputable and customer-oriented company that values your business.

In conclusion, my experience with Bestcanvas.ca was a complete letdown. The metal mounted design I received was marred by their automated process, resulting in a cut-off artwork at the bottom. Their refusal to take responsibility or offer any form of resolution further accentuates their lack of customer care. I regret choosing Bestcanvas.ca and will not be using their services again in the future.

The last 3 pickups we scheduled were missed. All shipments were booked and ready by 10am also. Quite possibly the worst courier company out there.

You know, easier to just copy and paste someone else's review. As I feel 100% the same way.

After you sign up for their basic plan you will literally get bombarded with a constant stream of emails desperately trying to sell you more and more. You think you're buying a stock buying advisory service, however it won't be long before you're feeling like if you don't sign up to their additional offers you're actually only getting their third rate service, at best. Their methods are low-class and nasty.

Tried sauces that were on that tv show hot ones hot sauce Canada or Hot Ones? Some of the flavours are amazing. I ordered stagazer from Pepper North, it's super hot! Great with pizza and fried chicken, a must try.
