Our spring break vacation rental was cancelled 1 hour prior to our check in time. The manager claimed the owner of the rental decided not to honor our booking and there was nothing they could do for us. This is completely unacceptable, the company should have better policies in place to protect their renters. We drove 5 1/2 hours and had no place to stay. They were completely unhelpful to us and basically just said we had no rights
Thank you so much for your feedback. We apologize, and understand this was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the owners do have last say so about their home and the reservations they honor. We try to avoid these rare occasions as much as possible.
