On January 23,2023 bought a dress for $387.03 from Couture Candy and was suppose to get 5% back which is $19.35 back. Never received an email to confirm purchase but transaction was in click summary. I tried to contact them as well as putting a note next to item I clicked and got no response. Now they say that it is past 90 days and have no way to check on status and why I have not been paid. If MRrebates,com sees this review, please reach out to me for payment and tell me how I can contact you. It is not fair for you to keep the money I deserve. I put a not next to my click entry saying:Paid $387.03 and never got email recognizing payment using Mrrebates.".

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get our February reply. Unfortunately, sometimes email servers send our replies to spam folders, so that may be what happened here.
Customer support has followed up with you via the February ticket, so please check both your inbox and spam folders for that, which has more information about the order inquiry.
Essentially, our original reply let you know that we would submit the order to the store for review so that it would confirm whether it would compensate us for your purchase, since we need stores' commissions to fund rebates.
However, since you didn't get that response, I can definitely see how it would be frustrating. I'm sorry that you had to go through that, and I hope today's email will help ease some of that frustration.
Just as a note, I wanted to address your referring to us keeping your money. I can certainly see how the process could look like that from the outside, but please be assured that we always provide cash back any time a store reports a purchase to us.
Since we receive reports with tens of thousands of orders each day, we rely on our automated system to allot reported purchases to the corresponding customers' accounts. It checks the reports daily and auto-adds the credits.
Basically, whenever we get paid, you get paid.
So if an order doesn't appear in your account at all, it means the store hasn't credited us for your transaction. This means that we haven't received any money to fund your rebate, which is why we have to submit the order to the store for review.
We apologize for any inconvenience this system causes, but I'm afraid we have to work within the parameters of stores' tracking and reporting systems.
