Ordered item (mens pants) mid Feb '23. Item finally arrived (3 weeks), but had what looked like a massive grease stain on it. Plus their size guidelines are inaccurate - way too small. Even though their return policy says to return faulty product, in this case, no, I had to pay for that.
Sent the item back (to China at my expense).
It is now April, and I have had nothing but stalling techniques from them.
The latest was a request to take of photo of the item for them.
Think about it.
1. I have already parceled item back to China. Tracking system says that they have received it. So obviously I don't have the item to take a picture!
2. They have the order number. Surely they just need to look it up on their own system?
