Bought my mattress 2 years ago paid 1,200 for a queen size and 1 1/2 year later a 2 inch dropp happens on my wife's side and mine she's only 130 lb and I'm 165 warranty should be a 10 year... Well I filled out the warranty sheet and also try sending 3 emails and also 3 calls all of then with a very polite voice mail and still no call back, well $#*! you very much guys i should've gone with the original mattress but tried to save a few bucks that's what happens I have a queen size from the original mattress for 8/9 years and still perfect.
