My Sony pos TV is 1-1/2 years old. Purchased extra warranty, everything to be protected for 5 years. 2 weeks ago, on several occasions the screen began freezing up. NOTHING would unlock it other than unplugging the power cord. The warranty still falls under Sony. They deduced it was my "internet"? I tried for 2 days trying to convince them it's not the internet, to get them to resolve the real problem. I filed complaint (supposedly as they refuse to forward a copy of my complaint) about their enept support team. I'm now without a $1400.00 and no recourse
