“NEW, does not fit, and won't allow return or credit. BEWARE!”

I opened the box and immediately (5 minutes) called the customer service number because it did not fit, even with the mirrors retracted (see photo). They said the 30 days were past, no exceptions. They don't guarantee their products fit.
