My Galaxy Enchanted Rose arrived just after Christmas. The packing was thorough and the product appeared pristine. But the lights inside the bell jar don't turn on. After several attempts to reach customer service with no response, I've given up trying to find a solution.
Tip for consumers:
I’ve seen many others reviews on social media with the same problem and others whose product is just fine. So cross your fingers and hope the odds are in your favor.
