I got a flyer stating shipping $1.99 for orders over $40. I placed an order for approximately $160 (FOUR TIMES THAT). I was supposedly a rewards customer. They charged me $40+ for shipping. I have sent emails & pictures. To date not the courtesy of the call they said I'd get nor a credit for that GROSS shipping charge. In the past I used them alot & was happy. This is NOT my first large order recently. And to make matters worse, the box was packed SO TIGHT, 4 pkgs of cards are all rolled & unmailable as they can't go into the envelopes. Buyer Beware.
Tip for consumers:
Can't believe what they advertise as shipping costs. And their shiping rates are ASTRONOMICAL if no legitimate offer. And don't order a big order as that's how my cards were ruined; jammed in the box.

What a RIPOFF of enormous proportion! Sent 3 documents inc info they were not entitledto due to HIPPA & not good enough for them. Now I'm out tix price & price of insurance. No wonder they don't have place to review them on their site.
