It's endless! Every time I turn around, my cameras aren't working! I have to unplug my modem and all of my extenders and try to fix the problem! Sometimes it works, others no so much! Then if I have to call for help, I'm on the phone forever! I had to make an appointment to have a tech come out and the appointment was three weeks out! So in the meantime, I have no cameras! Also called today and they set up a virtual appointment and it is now 30 Minutes past that! It's just not worth the initial cost to put in and the monthly charge! I'm still infer contract and can't wait to e fine with ADT!

I have used OxiFresh for the past 6 years and been very satisfied, but, this last time was really disappointing. My dog had vomited on my carpet in the family room and after cleaning it up, I called OxiFresh immediately! The tech that came out told me that it was unlikely that the stain would come out! He treated it before cleaning and then did the protection and deodorizing, but the stain was still there. I hoped that as it dried it would get lighter and disappear! However, it didn't! I made several appointments to have carpet retailers to come out and replace the carpeting in that room! After getting ridiculous estimates, I decided I'd try to do something on my own! Well I used some foam hand soap and white vinegar in a spray bottle and a brush and after three applications and absorbing the spray with white paper towels, the stain no longer exists! Needless to say, after this last visit from OxiFresh, I will no longer use them for my carpet cleaning needs!
Such a huge disappointment! Maybe they need to hire people with some knowledge!
