We ordered a specific food item and received a completely different product (not a substitute, something COMPLETELY WRONG). After speaking with 5 different people over a 2 week timeframe, each of whom asked me the same questions, we are continuing to wait for them to let us know how they are going to fix the problem. It is the most disorganized company we have ever worked with and their customer service is a big disorganized mess. Save yourself time, $, and frustration by not doing business with them.
