“Late Shipping no response”

I ordered over 12 days sgo they said shipping is 7-10 days. I've tried calling no one answers the phone and there is no tracking on my package. I am very unhappy at this point. You're supposed to ship from the US what's taking so long.

Tip for consumers:
They are slow to ship.
