Since I wrote my last review regarding the wig I bought from the above company I got in touch with PayPal and they took on my case to investigate. PayPal have now refunded me the full amount so happy days. Urhair sent me their address within minutes of my complaint to PayPal. I do have their address now if anyone would like it but I would be hesitant to use it. If after reading this anyone would like further info please do ask. Also get in touch with your bank as I did too they will investigate and help you to get your money back. We must do all we can to prevent these people taking money from innocent people and do what we can to avoid it happening to someone else. I hope after reading this it gives you the right path to take so you get a good outcome

Purchased a wig from urhair and it was awful. Wanted to return but they came up with loads of excuses not to return. You can't get the address as they won't give it to you and offered me £25 out of £115. They state in their T&Cs that you can return for a full refund but they make it absolutely impossible. I advise you to think twice before spending your money with them as they don't adhere to what they put in print. I am so angry but what can i do I'm stuck

Tip for consumers:
I would advise not to waited over a month for delivery now stuck with it and £115 out of pocket
