I visited this site on referral of Kim at wigrevival.com. My first purchase was Sept. 28 from HairKittyKitty. The color was darker than the pics and the cap came to a point at the crown and stood up, so it had to be returned. I might have exchanged it but there were no colors available that I could wear. I paid an extra $4 for my own UPS return service because they don't take PayPal for return shipping and I don't use my cards online. My return was delivered Oct. 6th and it's now Oct. 18th and they still haven't acknowledged receipt or communicated with me. I called customer service at 10:30am today (Weds) and got a recording stating their hours, which indicate they should be open and taking calls. The UPS photo of the delivery looks more like a residence than a business so I'm really worried about my refund. I need a wig for job interviews because I'm unemployed and can't afford to lose the money. I wish I'd read the reviews first.
