I am writing review of Moroccanoil customer service from Moroccanoil.com. I would highly recommend not ordering from there site. I ordered six products and one the root booster is defective I emailed and called with no response. I will definitely order from another site like Sephora in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from moroccanoil.com. Will not return calls or email for defective product.
Products used:
Hairspray, dry shampoo, thickening lotion, hair mask. The root booster I bought was defective. I tried calling and email for replacement but no response from moroccanoil.com.
