On 9/4/21 I paid the 19.99 charge to have a samsung galaxy s20 unlocked. I received an email that stares 1 -48 hours I would receive the Unlocking instructions. As of today, 9/10/21, still no email with the instructions. I have sent an email requesting my money back, no response. Thus company is fraud.

Hello Sandra, the payment was refunded, as it was not able to unlocked, we do not steal money, there is no way to keep a merchant account and allow credit card transactions without refunding payments
