Movie-aholic customer service is extremely poor. At the time of my purchase, nowhere on their site listed that they did not offer returns or exchanges. I order two adult size "Large" sport shirts that turned out to be EXTREMELY small even for a "sport" shirt (they fit my 5 year old, who is average size for his age). I emailed them to try if I could exchange for a larger size, and they flatly refused to offer any options.
The quality of the shirts was also very poor. The printing was fuzzy and the material was very thin and flimsy. This was a $50 purchase overall. The complete lack of documentation regarding their sales/return policy on their website as well as the total lack of customer service is extremely poor practice.
**Update:** In response to their comment below, their sizing charts are inaccurate. The "Large" t-shirt fits an average size 5 year old. Inaccurate sizing charts are of no use when making a purchase. I stand by my initial review.
