Paid and booked reservation. Four days later they cancelled without notice. Discovered days before my trip, would not fix. Online chat hung up on me. Pretty sure I talked to the same lady the 3 times I called (Kat, Kay, and Mia) They made no attempt to take action but sure took my money though. Never heard back. Had to book another way. Don't believe them when they say "rest assured…"

We have already worked on your case and updated you about the resolution. We spoke to the hotel and it seems that the reservation was indeed active and not cancelled. We additionally requested you to share the documentation to support your claim by sending an invoice of the other booking you did for us to proceed with a refund. We didn't receive that from you. Unfortunately, without proper documentation we cannot proceed to provide you with a refund.
This being said, we could only re-open this case if you are able to provide us with requested documentation.
