My order was meant to be delivered within a couple of weeks, according to Pawz. However, it has been sitting at some warehouse in Chicago for over 40 days with absolutely no movement. I emailed the company and was told information I already told them and then they said to ask the shipping company about it. I went to the website, and it requires all this specific information (package dimensions and other stuff like that) in order to submit a form of inquiry. I live-chatted Pawz to ask them for more information, and the guy said he would get someone to email me. After a few days and no email, I live-chatted again. She said she would get them to reach out to me. They still haven't. Don't order from here unless you want to pay tons of money for no items and zero support.
