We purchased in 2014 P90X3 and P90X and spent several hundred dollars.
I love the product so much however I have to carry a cd player and the cd around with me that is now impossible with reduced luggage allowance and the amount I travel.
When I called Beachbody and requested access to the products I had purchased they said I have to buy a membership and sent me a link to spend $143.88. I do not want nor need membership. I only want access to the DVD online to download on my computer. I love the workouts and want to use them.
I asked for a temporary access that would expire just to download. Answer was No.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. Answer was No.
There was absolutely no option for a me who had spent money to buy a product that I love and access it online. How is this possible in this day and age?
The woman hung up on me and said she could not do anything more.
Very poor Customer service and would not recommend this product only because their ultimate goal is not fitness and well being, it is to make money. I say this because I love the workouts and can now not have access to them.
