I totally agree that the quality of their products and services have gone down. Their service people have become very cocky and there no humility left at all. Sent a surprise gift to my parents neighbor since they helped them while my father was hospitalized and the gifts were rotten. The neighbors very reluctantly informed me about the bad quality. When I called this merchant, they told me that it needs to be reported within 24 hours. I explained that it was a surprise gift and the neighbors of my parents were reluctant in informing me since they did not want me to feel bad. The vendor has no remorse and don't care. Took no action to fix this.
