Terrible! Transaction failed and support won't give me a refund. All I am told is the transaction happened but the wallet is down! 72 hours later and nothing. Same canned response that I need to wait longer. Feel like this company might be insolvent.
Update... Worked with Brad (awesome guy) the support over at Simple swap and I was able to get a refund and then make a new request which worked. I let them know communication could be better but I am happy they made it right in the end. Changing to 4 stars as communication missed the mark a bit. I would use them again.
