I ordered XXL shirts and they are too small. That's never a problem for me. XXL always fits a little loose which is what I prefer. These shirts are tight! I asked for an exchanged and you would think I'm trying to return a car. They won't pay for return freight unless you PROVE the sizing is wrong. And even then, they want to reimbuse you for freight... maybe. Amazon? They send a call tag with no questions asked. I'll stick with them from now on.

They claim overnight frieght. It took over a week and they wouldn't accept a return after I had to buy elsewhere to get my car back on the road. Now they won't even answer the phone or reply to messages. This place is full of cons. Run dont walk to Discount Tire or Tire Rack. They are reputable and interested in your satisfaction.

Tip for consumers:
Run away!

It was a tire but I couldn't use it anyway because it didn't show up for over a week. Now I have an expensive tire swing!

I ordered a hot tub cover. I received a hot tub cover shell. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. This is misleading at the least and more likely false advertising.

There is no customer service. Just email to tell you that they're going to screw you.

Your order confirmation email shows that the hot tub cover was ordered in the black Cover Max fabric. As briefed on our product pages, the Cover Max fabric is a PVC coated polyester that has a vinyl-like feel. Thus, as long as the product construct matches the measurements and details submitted for this order, we have provided what was ordered and have, therefore, in no way, misled or falsely advertised about the product as claimed.
Please note that Covers&All is not liable for incorrect purchases made based on rough assumptions, as such information can be checked with our chat and phone support before submitting an order. Also, one could order a swatch kit to determine the quality of the different fabrics that we offer.
Per our policy limitations, returns are not admissible for our custom orders as each item is assembled from scratch. And a refund or replacement is also not possible either as this order was made as ordered. While we regret the turn of events there is little that can be done in such cases.
