I have been ordering weekly since April of this year. I found the service helpful due to lockdown. The service has taken a turn for the worse, probably around the time lockdown was lifted in SF Bay and people went back to their real jobs. Same time period, the name of my delivery man or woman is no longer given. When you have a question for the driver, you have to go through a third party either in Seattle or India. I can't say who is less sympathetic, the delivery drivers or the customer service who claim they will take care of your issue. Okay so my issue was "please do not leave my groceries in the lobby." The first time they were sitting there for 10 minutes because I missed the call. This time they didn't call. When I saw the alert that my order had been delivered I panicked and ran out of my unit thinking the worse. I don't trust Prime. I will not give Jeff Bezos another dime. I'll miss the convenience of having my groceries delivered but I need them to be delivered to my door as advertised. P.S. They accept tips. I have a hunch the drivers give better service to people who include tips on their orders.

Their San Francisco store has a limited grocery list.

I am giving N1M a 2 star rating because on one hand it is a scam and fraud as described earlier. On the other hand, a professional musician or industry person can find legitimate talent from all over the world on this platform. Unfortunately because of its reputation as a fraud, many untalented artists are signing up. But we can hear the difference in talent and skill set. The sad and tragic part is: the creators of this platform are using and attempting to do all the right things with the exception of "real fans" for the artists and producers to engage with. Why so diabolical? I am going to eat off of N1M this fall on YouTube. Please find me and join me. Lastly, if you don't need to pay to be on their site, don't. The posts and promotions have been fruitless for me since 2017. Why did I resign after a year off? Just to be sure.

Tip for consumers:
I had to contact FastSpring, Number One Music's accounting service in order to get N1M customer service to respond to some trouble I was having on their platform. To contact N1M customer service use: *******@numberonemusic.com However if you want to draw attention to their bad service use the information on your PayPal for "disputes," etc.

Phone came assembled but customers need to open it up to put the battery in. I couldn't do it. It was easier to break the phone in half than it was to open the back cover. Why do you deliver it stuck together. Frustrating. No more assurance wireless phones. Too cheap and not worth the headache. Omen. Check back this time next year. God is great.
