Needed a part ASAP and they offered Expedited Delivery. Because I paid twice as much for delivery than the part it should have been sent to me overnight but instead they snail mailed it and is now scheduled for 6 days after order date. This has caused me a ton of issues and is totally unacceptable. It truly demonstrates the Con Artist mind set of this company. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED…

That said, we did process your order using an expedited shipping class, and I (unfortunately) have zero control over their operations once a package is picked up. To overnight your order would have cost 3x what you paid for shipping — that's why we don't offer it as an option.
While we do not guarantee shipping timeframes with any shipping option, my support team will be refunding your expedited shipping cost as a small means of apology.
I do not however feel it was necessary to call us con artists. We're a small business that makes mistakes like everyone, and try to make up for it when we do. I wish you all the best.
