Kept trying and only got an email or two about things being busy or difficult in their offices. Weeks of non support. Now trying to get our client a refund.
Currently 4 support tickets in, some as old as 7 days. Have only received an email apology for being out of the office. The plugin has great promise, but a couple of key features aren't working for us and we're kind of stunned that despite the tickets, emails, Facebook messaging, not getting responses.
