I bought from this site and no I did NOT sign up for any elite membership. If they make you sign up when you buy something, then they did not make that clear when I was checking out and made that as lowkey as possible. If I had known that they would be charging me $40 a month for no absolute reason at all, I would've immediately just gotten off the site. To be fair, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the blame for not paying attention. I asked for a refund and got my refund back. Then I cancelled my account with them. THEN I start noticing I'm getting charged AGAIN. So now I'm thinking, ok maybe I didn't 100% make sure it was cancelled. So I went on their site again and MADE SURE that I was 100% cancelled and done and I did not want to do it anymore. Here I am yet again getting another charge for $40. I now have to change my card. Absolutely ridiculous and the panties aren't even that great.

Kindly be informed that when you create an account on our site, you are offered the option to join the Elite Membership in your account or the Pay As You Go one-time purchase option and the VIP membership option, during checkout when ordering.
Just a refresher, when selecting the Elite Membership, as described online, you will receive a monthly shipment with three sets. These sets, are a reflection of the style profile you have created in your account’s Elite Dashboard.
Prior to shipping your Elite Box, we will place a $39.95 authorization charge on your account, to ensure that your card information is valid, so that we may start creating the Elite box for the month.
If the charge will pass, it will refunded within 1-3 business days and in the meantime, we'll begin processing your Elite box. If it won't go through, no box will be created and we'll attempt the pre-authorization charge again after a few days.
