2nd time now tried to order online and not only can online chat bot not LOCATE the order at all, even when it is SHOWING on my order page, but items i ordered to pickup at MY LOCAL store which SHOWS that the items ARE in stock, aren't even being put together by the store! Online said 'order ready for pickup today' and they had 5 hrs before closing and got no email saying ready for pickup. Today I called online cust. Svc. Telling them that bot not finding order, and on her end she said it's still not put together by local store (FYI: local store that is screwing up is ROSEDALE HWY store in Bakersfield). Prior time I tried to order online, got to store and they had NO RECORD of my order? (meanwhile online processed the order AND took my money, yet store can't find order?)... now again same issue, so obviously corp. couldn't care less about fixing problems, so back to shopping Amazon (so much for shopping at Cost Plus World Market anymore!). SO DONE! (PS: can't reach anyone at Corp, no emails either... only option is cust. Svc which of course is useless, just telling you what they see online which is same as you see=solves NOTHING!

Tip for consumers:
DON'T SHOP ONLINE to have store pickup.......NOTHING HAPPENS other than they take your money and you have to waste time cancelling because no one fills your order for pickup! ....you'll be sorry you ever shopped with them!

I bid on item, won it, went to pay and seller cancelled it (found out thru email she sent me by accident asking about a "PRIVATE OFFER" so she obviously got a better offer AFTER the bidding ended) and to top it off she posts that "I" canceled the order!? I then tried to report her and after HOURS/DAYS lost thru Cust. Svc NIGHTMARE (following their instructions, which just made all worse!), "I" then get a auto email from them threatening that I could be banned from ebay for breach of their policy!?
From now on AMAZON gets ALL MY BUSINESS and I will spread the word if co's/people i know plan to use ebay, I will tell them to try ETSY INSTEAD (at least ETSY is HONEST!).

Petsmart took full amt of my online order, but only 1/2 of order is assigned track number and email notice, no mention or record of other 1/2 of order, no tracking for it etc. yet cust. Svc emailing that it was already shipped and rec'd by me... LIES... and i can't even get online to look at my order info, their site has crashed and error message is all you get for a wk now. Can't even get a person on the phone to talk to! All I get are email replies that either have nothing to do with the issue (canned replies) or lies that 'it was shipped' yet no proof even that they sent the other 1/2 of order... plus no stock issue, because in all the stores, yet they aren't refunding the missing 1/2 of my order! I now have to file claims everywhere, and will NEVER use them again... If you don't want to lose your money and get ZERO PRODUCT in return, shop elsewhere!

1. Tells you to ship via media mail but they only refund a portion of what the post offc charges (they want you to send as many DVDs as you have, but then won't cover all the cost of shipping it!)
2. They claimed a BRAND NEW (just missing shrink wrap) item was a CDR (not original) DVD... I purchased the DVD DIRECTLY from the manufacturer of the product, and paid $28 for it! Second Spin offered $3.50 (wow!)... and the bar code matched their online offer etc., so I send it in, and they then decline it, claiming it was a CDR (not orig. Version) which isn't true.
3. they were orig going to just keep it without paying, but when I stated it would reflect in my review they offered to send it back, but what I got back was a DVD in a 'Now Damaged' case (that was pristine when I sent it to them). Their ship box wasn't damaged but the case inside looked like someone stepped on it, because it's crushed in and the top front label and plastic cover is peeling away. So what WAS an expensive NEW dvd when I sent it to them, is now a USED damaged DVD good only for Goodwill.
Will NEVER use this company again... they make a fortune off of your 'like new' DVDs, while paying you pennies, and then ripping you off on postage as well as damaging something they change their mind on that they no longer want... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Sell to ANYONE else but this co.!
