“PATHETIC SERVICE!”

This store is FREAKING FRAUD SHOW! I ordered a bookshelf and received it end of last month. One plank was broken. For the last one month, I have been calling and mailing them numerous times. They kept postponing the reply to my complaint and made no updates for the delay. Never had SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE! The customer service executive was one Mr. Ritesh and his supervisor Mr. Steven gave us no satisfying responses.
Finally I got fed up and have demanded my money back! SHUT DOWN THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!
I have no hope about the refund either. NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THEM!
