The election-related yard signs I ordered did not arrive for 20 days. The company's website specifies 7 to 12 day shipping. These arrived just a few days before the US national election, making them of little use to me. The company refused my request for a refund. They should, at minimum, revise their website for truthfulness. I will not recommend this store, or do any further business with them.

This company is based in China. My order took more than 3 months to arrive - 3 items in 3 different packages arrived weeks apart (one arrived only after my repeated contacts to the company and multiple requests for a refund). Each item was extremely poorly made - cheap fabric, one sleeve longer than the other, strings hanging out everywhere, seam not completely closed, very odd, mismatched lengths overall. Company is very hard to communicate with. My attempts to return items for a refund were responded to with a series of strange statements and threats. Finally, after months of attempted communication and dispute of charges through my bank, received partial refund. Avoid this company, dont be misled by their ads!
