I bought this in October of 2021 and it completely stopped working two weeks after the one year warranty. We contacted Kalorik immediately and was asked to send copy of receipt, picture of the model number along with a video to show that it was not working. After waiting two weeks for a response, we were told too bad. My husband is pretty handy so he took all the screws out to see if maybe he could fix it and found out it is all riveted together and it is impossible to even look at it.
