I purchase ALL of my clothes online. Roselinlin by FAR is the worst; both in quality product and customer service. First order ($250+) shipped staggered... took over 6 weeks to arrive. One item didn't fit... absolutely no response from customer services (you have to email them to find out how to return) and then, you cannot return after 15 days... how convenient. Quality is something akin to Walmart. Bought 4 clothing items---lousy. Bought one jewelry item---it really is plastic! OMG... I cannot believe how horrid this experience has been! *** BTW, you can tell that 5 star review was written by a reviewer; or an employee; not an actual customer as it doesn't even make sense. The rest of the reviews are very similar to mine! STAY AWAY!
