They start off by offering you a free 15 day trial, if you don't cancel it in those 15 days, you are then charged the full amount which is exorbitant for the size of the bottle and they also immediately send the next shipment. It is not possible to speak to a customer service representative as there is none, just an automated service. What a rort... DON'T go there.

Supposedly a free trial but if you don't cancel, you are billed the full amount and the next shipment is on its way... the cost of the items is excessive. And I cannot say the product is that great. I already use Argan oil from a different company and not only is it good but it is reasonable with great offers. The fact that they make it impossible to access customer service is just part of their shoddy business principals. Stat away
