I writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Michael kors return policy. I purched the Britt riding boots in black cherry picture in line was beautiful. Unfortunately when I received the boots they were freaking maroon with a tint of purple just ugly.apparently whoever does the colors must be color blind. Any other company that I have order from never had a problem with a exchange from purchasing on, BUT MICHAEL KORS DOSNT WANT TO DO THAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE! SO I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.YOU WANT NE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR ONE PAIR OF BOOTS THAT I AM WANTING TO EXCHANGE? AND THE GUY WAS LIKE YES THAT'S WE DO.I DIDN'T REALLIZE MICHAEL KORS WAS REALLY SHADDY AND MUST NOT BE DOING GOOD...I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THEM, AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY.
