I seen the ad on Facebook, I was interested, so I ordered the product. Not knowing the fine print as well. The bottle, I received initially " essence of argan" already had a pinhole drilled in it, therefore did not get to try it. Then reached out to company to see why I had been charged $137.53 that I was not budgeting for. I proceeded to ask the agent to speak to her manager, 4 or 5 times. She kept ignoring my request. I explained that I am a single mother greiving the death of an only daughter that passed a year previous. I have my 17 yr old son to raise and I'm on a certain budget. I was exhausted in trying to communicate with her, as well I stated that I was dealing with a burst water pipe., more stress added. That cancel everything if I could have my $137.53 reimbursed, I' cannot put anymore energy into this situation She then proceeded to carry on about the 2nd product not being addressed. Somebody needs to teach her Customer Service Skills
